지침 제정에 따른 경과 조치

이 지침은 발간시점부터 적용할 수 있으며, 이미 시행중인

설계용역이나 건설공사에 대하여는 발주기관의 장이 필요

하다고 인정하는 경우에 적용할 수 있습니다.

다만, 제3장 4.3 순환 상온 아스팔트 혼합물 품질기준은 생산

기술의 보완, 환경표지 재인증 등을 고려하여 2025.12.31.까지

적용을 유예합니다.
