이 매뉴얼은 2007년 7월부터 적용하며, 제정 시점에서 이미
시행중에 있는 설계 용역이나 건설공사에 대해서는 발주기관
의 장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 적용할 수 있습니다.
